Urban Fee

The Claridge House is all about reimagining the urban experience. A daily urban fee of $25.00 (+tax), will be added to all reservations in addition to your current nightly rate (with the exception of certain negotiated rates). Our urban fee allows us to ensure that we are providing the best accommodation for our valued guests. The benefits of this service include:
